Once you book an appointment at House of Clio you will receive a medical questionnaire and a consent form which must be filled and signed before any treatment can be carried out. A deposit of £30 is payable to secure your booking. Should you decide to go ahead with the treatment, the deposit will be deducted from your treatment fee. House of Clio requires 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. If the appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours of appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. House of Clio is committed to exceeding your expectations with exceptional service throughout the course of your treatments.
